Covered up by God!

WOW!  What a day!  We had our first Doctors appointment today and all I can say is WOW.  God has gone before us today in ways we could never have imagined.  Ryan is reading a book right now and this paragraph is EXACTLY what is going on in our lives right now.  Ryan read this, this morning:

"There is something about knowing all of heaven is backing you up-covering you- that causes you to grin in the comfort of knowing you are secure.  The knowing that says, "You are not alone."  The opening of our eyes to see that Jesus will find His way within the most obscure parts of our lives, one breath at a time." ~ For Love's Sake by Jessica J. Davis

We can't go into detail all that happened, (until the adoption is finalized) but, here is a brief overview.  We met some people today that God placed in our path to cover us, and caused us to grin in the comfort of knowing He is in this!(we have seen this over and over again)  We are so encouraged right now, even in the midst of a difficult situation (Luisa is ill, she threw up and has a fever, but hopeful she will be well by morning?!)  We wanted to be a shining light in the darkness and we saw God shine His light today.  We wanted to find a church to attend on Sunday, and God led us to one.  We had an angel here on earth help us today, we needed direction and he not only pointed us in the right direction he came to us, we needed medicine and he delivered, we needed encouragement of Luisa's future and he shared his heart and gave us hope.   And God found us a CHEAP apartment for me to rent once the family leaves.  We are praying about having Jayden and Spencer stay with me and Luisa until the end.

Sorry to be so cryptic, but we don't want to jeopardize our or anyone else's situation, but just know, we stand amazed at what HE has done for us even in most obscure parts of our lives.

Please pray with us that Lucy feels better in the morning, and that she will sleep all night long!  Thanks for your prayers, we feel them!

So good to hear God is going before you every step of the way. I am praying for your family, your safety and Luisa's health.

Thank you for the great pictures. It is so good to see Luisa smiling, having fun, and beginning to bond with you.
